Mr. Para grew a deep appetite, craving in the real estate industry starting at the age of 5. He learned the in and out of the rental business within the last 25 years. Mr. Para started with his family’s first rental property in South Plainfield, NJ where he learned to paint, spackle, sheetrock, tile as well as many other trades in the construction. He then started to learn the verbiage of leases, agreements, dealing/negotiating with tenants, the legal processes to evict tenants (typically for non-payment) etc. There isn’t a task that Mr. Para hasn’t gone through in the internal as well as the external sector of the rental business in the last 25 years. Today he single handedly manages over 100 assets in the states of New Jersey, New York & Florida. Vamsi Para started his real estate sales career at 18 years old; assisting numerous clientele, family as well as friends purchase their first homes as well as investment properties. Mr. Para then found a niche in assisting clientele with bulk, portfolio purchases while working with a new pool of investors on purchasing distressed assets, fix & flips. Mr. Para has always had an aspiration & dream to become a luxury home builder/developer at 30 years old.
