Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Para Group of Companies (“Manager”) and the property owner (“Owner”) for the management of the property located at [Property Address] (“Property”).

2. Appointment of Manager

The Owner hereby appoints the Manager as the exclusive agent to manage the Property according to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

3. Manager’s Responsibilities

The Manager agrees to perform the following services:

• Marketing and leasing of the Property.
• Collecting rent and other payments.
• Handling tenant inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Conducting property inspections.
• Managing property maintenance and repairs.
• Preparing financial reports and records for the Owner.

4. Owner’s Responsibilities

The Owner agrees to:

• Provide all necessary information and documents related to the Property.
• Maintain adequate property insurance.
• Pay the Manager’s fees and expenses promptly as outlined in Section 5.
• Respond promptly to the Manager’s requests for information or decisions.

5. Fees and Payment

• The Owner agrees to pay the Manager a fee of [Percentage/Amount] of the monthly rental income.
• Additional fees may apply for leasing, maintenance, or other services as outlined in the attached fee schedule.
